Administrative Services Managers

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Administrative Services Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated administrative operations content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating an organization's supportive services, such as facilities, records management, procurement, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans, facilities and vendor management documents, records-management procedures, and other administrative artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, policy compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting, procurement, space planning, support-services staffing, and process improvement and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Administrative Director, Business Operations Manager, or another closely related administrative management role.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating an organization's supportive services, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, procurement, and other office support services.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate
• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
