About the role

Review contract negotiation redlines and assess whether they reflect what competent counsel would actually do. Remote, flexible, paid per task. Domain: Contracts & Commercial Law Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and SaaS agreements, or similar). Hands-on contract redlining or negotiation experience is required; a law degree is not required if you have direct, hands-on redlining and negotiation experience. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. In this role, you'll review contract negotiation turns and reference redlines, and assess whether the redline reflects what a competent counsel would actually do: the right issues flagged, the right positions taken, and edits made surgically. All offers are contingent upon a background check. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above; we look for candidates who meet at least 70% of the listed qualifications.
