4,353 AI training jobs, updated hourly.

An AI trainer is paid to make AI models better: rating and correcting a model's answers, writing the prompts and example answers it learns from, labeling data, or checking its work in a field you know. Platforms also post the same work as AI tutor, rater, evaluator, and annotator roles. Of the 4,353 AI training jobs open today, 743 carry "AI Trainer" in the job title or listing, and the largest categories are Domain Experts (1,440), Multilingual (1,134), and Transcription & Audio (574). The qualification is usually a language, a profession, or careful attention rather than an AI background; coding and agentic roles add technical skill.

Typical AI training work pays $35–$120/hr, a live median of $65/hr measured from 2,453 distinct rates advertised across 26 platforms, drawn from today's 4,353 open roles. Simple data-labeling and survey work sits lower and is priced by geography; credentialed expert, coding, and agentic or RL-environment work reaches $450/hr on today's board. A further 762 open roles publish no rate at all, and those sit mostly on the lower-paying platforms, so the true median is somewhat below $65/hr.

To get paid to train AI, you sign up with a platform that hires people to train AI (rating model answers, labeling data, or lending professional expertise), pass a short qualification, then get paid by the hour or the task. AITraining.jobs pulls the live openings of the 29 platforms hiring now and compiles pay across all 65 it tracks, so you can compare what each pays and apply in one click.

No. Many roles (rating AI answers, data labeling, research studies) need only careful attention; the roles that ask for no experience are listed with what they pay and what they still ask for, often a language or a country. A profession, a degree, or technical skill unlocks the highest-paying expert, coding, and agentic work.

Yes. The platforms listed here are real companies that pay contributors, though pay, task volume, and reliability vary widely between them. Each platform page shows what it pays, how it pays out, and its worker reputation so you can judge before signing up.
